The Challenge: The client faced significant challenges in tracking each survivor's unique, often non-linear journey through diverse programs (safe housing, employment support, community outreach). Disparate data sources led to incomplete survivor profiles, administrative burden for case managers, limited program efficacy reporting for grants, and the need for secure, centralized sensitive data management.

  • Customized Salesforce NPSP Implementation: Configured Salesforce for Non-Profit Success Pack (NPSP) to meticulously track individual survivor journeys, program enrollments, and resource allocation.
