We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Salesforce QA Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in testing Salesforce applications,
validating customizations, and ensuring seamless user experience. You will work closely
with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality
solutions.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
● 2–3 years of experience as a QA Engineer, with at least 1+ year in Salesforce
testing.
● Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules (Sales, Service, Community, Marketing)
and configuration.
● Hands-on experience with QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
● Experience in API testing (Postman, SOAP UI, REST/SOAP services).

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing of Salesforce implementations and customizations.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver robust solutions.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, validation rules, triggers, Apex classes, Lightning components, and integrations.
- Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect management tools.
- Automate test scripts using tools.
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices and maintain test documentation for audit and compliance.
